Book a session with me

There is a huge amount of information on my website, both in the articles below this one and my blog posts, all of which is available for free. Hopefully, you will find something here that helps you understand your problem, as well as a range of techniques you can use to relieve your symptoms and start feeling better. I also direct people to a range of books that I think are really helpful for everything from depression to anxiety, problems with anger to chronic stress and eating disorders. For some people that is enough, but many others will also need some professional help and guidance to overcome their difficulty.

I offer both cognitive and schema therapy, depending on the issue you want help with. If you are within easy reach of my private practice in East Finchley at 4 Bedford Mews, London N2 9DF, I would be happy to meet you for an assessment session to see whether I can help. Sessions are available from 10am-7.15pm, Monday to Thursday; and 10am-3.30pm on Friday.

All sessions, including the assessment, last for an hour and cost £100.

I also offer Skype sessions for people living in other parts of London or the UK, throughout Europe and across the globe.

If you would like to arrange a session visit the Book an Appointment page, call me on 07766 704210, email dan@danroberts.com or use the contact form to get in touch. If you are interested in schema therapy, visit my other website: www.schema-therapy.co.uk

Best wishes,
