In this guided-imagery exercise, you will choose a big life decision or even you now regret. Dan will guide you through speaking to the younger version of yourself who experienced this and help them reframe it so they feel differently about whatever happened. This exercise can be very powerful and healing, especially if this is something you feel ashamed of or guilty about. Over time, you will begin to think about this experience differently, which will foster a greater sense of self-compassion, calm and forgiveness about what happened.
