To celebrate the launch of my new book, Heal Your Trauma: How to Overcome a Painful Childhood to Become Happy and Whole Again, I’m offering a free live 90-minute webinar on working with worry and anxiety using Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy.
Date & Time
7pm UK time
11am Los Angeles | 2pm New York
The Webinar
In this webinar, I’ll be exploring anxiety and worry from an IFS perspective, and offering practical tools you can start using immediately.
We’ll look at why anxiety is not something to simply get rid of, but a meaningful (and very human) response that often needs understanding rather than suppression.
You’ll learn how anxiety can be understood as part of an internal system:
– a younger, anxious part of you that feels vulnerable and needs care
– and a protective “Worrier” part that tries to prevent future harm by overthinking, planning, or scanning for danger
Rather than fighting these parts, we’ll explore how to work with them with more curiosity, calm and compassion.
In the session, you’ll experience:
– A clear explanation of why anxiety develops and what purpose it serves
– An IFS understanding of worry and internal protectors
– Simple breathwork practices to help regulate your nervous system
– Guided imagery exercises to help you feel calmer and more grounded in the moment
The webinar will include 60 minutes of teaching followed by a 30-minute live Q&A, where you can bring your questions directly to me.
If you struggle with anxiety, overthinking, or feeling constantly “on edge,” I hope this will feel like a supportive and practical space.
The session will also be recorded and shared on YouTube afterwards, so if you can’t make it live, you’ll still be able to watch it in your own time.
