You Can Now Watch My Most Popular Meditation Practices on YouTube
If you enjoy my meditation practices, you can now watch them accompanied by beautiful imagery on my YouTube channel. The meditation is enhanced by soothing sounds and stunning videos from Nature, like glorious sunsets and gently breaking waves. Here is my Compassionate Breathing Practice, which is my foundational breathwork technique for trauma therapy and will help if you’re feeling stressed, anxious, agitated or upset in any way.
If you are struggling, it can be helpful to engage in a multisensory practice like this, as it will be more absorbing and help to soothe upsetting thoughts, feelings and body sensations. You can also find 5min, 10min, 15min and 20min Mindfulness of Breath meditations and a Body Scan Meditation, with more practices coming soon.
